- The Association for Progressive Society (APS) is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to aiding the underprivileged. Our primary focus is on charitable activities and we do not engage in commercial shipping or exchange services as a business entity.

- These terms and conditions outline the policies for the limited instances where APS might be involved in the shipment or exchange of goods, primarily involving donations and charitable distributions.
Shipping Policy
- Donor Responsibility:Donors are responsible for the shipping costs of donated items to APS unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Receipt and Acknowledgement: Upon receipt of donated items, APS will provide an acknowledgment to the donor. This acknowledgment does not imply endorsement or warranty of the items received.
- Distribution of Goods: APS will distribute received donations to beneficiaries based on need and availability. The distribution process will be managed solely by APS staff and volunteers.
- Liability: APS is not responsible for any damage or loss of items during shipping. Donors are encouraged to use reliable shipping methods and insurance.
Exchange Policy
- Non-Commercial Basis: APS does not engage in commercial exchanges. Any exchange of goods is solely for the purpose of charitable activities.
Returns and Replacements
- Non-Acceptance of Returns: Due to the charitable nature of our activities, APS generally does not accept returns once items have been distributed to beneficiaries.
- Exceptions: In rare cases, if an item is defective or unsuitable, APS may consider replacing the item or finding an appropriate alternative. This is at the sole discretion of APS and subject to availability.
Donations In-Kind
- Acceptance: APS accepts donations in-kind that are aligned with our mission and meet our current needs. Donors should contact APS to confirm the acceptability of their donations before shipping.
