Program Description:

• Selection of Beneficiaries: Families are identified through assessments by APS volunteers and community leaders based on income levels, family size, and specific vulnerabilities.
• Ration Pack Contents: Each pack includes rice, wheat flour, lentils, cooking oil, sugar, salt, pulses, and additional items like milk powder, canned goods, and hygiene products.
• Distribution Process: Monthly distribution at designated community centers with proper documentation for transparency and accountability.

• Per Month per Family: Rs 2500
• Total Monthly Cost for 30 Families: Rs 75,000
• Annual Cost for 30 Families: Rs 9,00,000
• Admin Cost: Rs 500

Monitoring and Evaluation 

• Regular follow-ups with beneficiary families to assess the impact of the food rations on their nutritional status and overall well-being.
• Feedback collection to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
