Our awesome department heads lead with expertise and a vision for excellence.
About a year ago, in approximately June 2023, I joined the Association for Progressive Society and have been working as a partner. By working with APS, I am able to make a professional impact on society. APS is working as a stepping stone in fulfilling my dream. I started baller’s academy back in 2019, it has been almost 4 years to continue with a vision and more of it now it’s an obsession to help players from different backgrounds in the sport and today I can proudly say that I am actually trying to work on a player’s need. Last year @lavanya.77 made me proud by representing the India in FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, this time Christian got the chance to compete with finest U17 players of India to get into the Indian Football Team main squad. Baller’s Academy want all players to have the opportunity to pursue their goals in addition to what their club offers. Much of what exists today is in the form of ad-hoc and unstructured coaching programs. As part of our mission, we set out to fill this gap. Drawing from the experience of former professional players, we developed structured and scientific training content for different sports. Then we trained our coaches to deliver this in a systematic way. The result is a new level of professional focus to sports coaching in the country. Our vision is to operate a modern youth recreation and resource centre that will host a modern community library and an all-round youth sport centre.
